About this project
OffgridSun Srl and Inuka Youth Development Organization will distribute improved cookstoves (ICS) to reduce the use of fuelwood or charcoal in rural Tanzania. The project aims at reaching a total number of 10,000 households living in Tanga Region, Handeni District. By the implementation of the project, traditional stoves will be replaced with the project stoves that have higher efficiency and the fuelwood consumption and related carbon emissions will be lessened.
