About this project

SDG13 Ventures aims to implement this Program of Activities (PoA) to enhance access to clean cooking solutions across multiple Sub-Saharan African countries. The initiative aims to replace traditional three-stone firewood stoves with improved biomass cookstoves/high efficiency electric stoves in rural and semi-urban households, providing better access to cleaner energy and technology. By scaling up the distribution of these cookstoves, the project will directly benefit women from impoverished communities with limited economic resources. This collective effort seeks to deliver sustainable solutions that enhance rural livelihoods while addressing critical health, environmental, and socio-economic challenges.
